eclipse에서 Maven 종속성이 WEB-INF / lib로 복사되지 않음

Eclipse에서 maven 웹 프로젝트 (Spring Tool Suite가 정확해야 함)가 있는데, 어떤 이유로 maven 종속성이 WEB-INF / lib로 끝나지 않아 모든 종류의 런타임 오류가 발생합니다. 지난 주에이 작업이 진행되어 어떤 작업으로 인해 작업이 멈추게되었는지 확실하지 않습니다. 프로젝트 등록 정보 -> 배포 어셈블리가 Maven 종속성을 WEB-INF / lib에 배포하는 것을 보여 주며 Maven -> 프로젝트 업데이트, IDE 다시 시작, 정리 / 설치 등을 시도했습니다. 여기 POM :
